Week 1 Goals

Diet:  Drink more water (yes not that measurable but still)


Active: Stretch four days this week


Lifestyle:  Go through two bins of my pre-pregnancy clothes

Explanation

I thought it might be nice with a new baby to give myself some goals to work toward each week.  Some of them might be more like a chore, but either way it's something to guide my week and hopefully help me feel accomplished by getting something done.


Hopefully it will last, but with any new idea sometimes in the beginning it works real well and then later trails off... we will see.  So far I've come up with three categories of things - diet, active, and lifestyle.  I may add more, we'll see.


This blog is simply a place for me to write out my goals and update on the progress.  I know that goal writing works better if they are measurable - so I'm going to try to do that as well.


My plan is to post the new goals and update progress on the previous week's each Monday or my first day back at work for the week.




If you're finding this blog either by random chance or you're a sleuth and found it through my profile, this is more for me than anything so I can't promise it will be that interesting to read... just a place for me to write down some goals and track progress.
